You can also google resveratrol preclinical and clinical trials, then click on the HTLM as that's the only way to pull up, The stuff puts as much oxygen in your system as Viagra, cures and stops most cancers and for you acts as a cox 1-2 inhibitor, the same as Vioxx and Celebrex. susandorey	Hi Joseph, you didn't say what type of arthritis. But for any type of arthritis drinking 1/2 your body weight in alkaline water each day will help. Water hydrates the joints and relieves pain, unfortunately most of us live in a state of slight to severe dehyration and our body robs the joints and intestinal tract of fluid to provide the fluid to more urgent areas. SAPPER	As a long time sufferer there isn't a permanent cure for the condition ,Tens machines and application of heat to the affected parts gives some relief and cold and damp do not help the condition. Wally Y	The best natural cure for arthritis is to go to a good herb store and buy some cayenne (chili)powder that is at least 100,000 heat units. Jalapeno's by comparison are only about 5,000 heat units. Also, get some extra virgin olive oil. When you get home mix the two until you have a mash. Not quite a paste, but looser. Then apply to the afflicted areas. Do this several times a day when the pain flares up and keep doing it every day until the arthritis disappears. It takes about six months. What happens is the olive oil will help the cayenne stick to your skin. The heat from the cayenne will bring the blood to the surface and start to break up the calcium deposits in your joints that cause arthritis. Alex F	DMSO, it works wonders. Go buy a book on the subject that details exactly what it does. With a lot of other treatments, they might work, possibly slightly improve the symptoms etc etc etc, however DMSO flat out fixes it.
