Invariably or at least generally non caucasion and in terms of the non evolvement it appears to be, through the millions of drug transactions as witnessed by law enforcement and civilians alike as just not possible. There's a certain getting back at the "dumb *** whitey complex" that is harboured by tens of millions of persons of color the world over. Couple that with the moronic historical exploitation, consumpion, wastefulness and gluttoney - greed of caucasions and you have a perfect market for the drug dealer. Add to this mix the farcical "war on drugs" and near bancrupt North America will be owned by China in 3 years instead of 10.
