You do not need to lose weight. Your height and weight are proportionate. You are still in a growing stage. You may want to tone your body with exercise-not starvation.

By your stats, you seem like you really don't need to lose a whole lot of weight. What you should do though, is eat foods that will fill you, these types of foods usually have high fiber, carbohydrate, or water content. Make sure not to skip meals, that is very bad if you are trying to lose weight or even trying to keep a healthy weight. Also try to eat small meals six times a day instead of three large meals. That speeds up your metabolism.

Wow, you don't need to diet.
I'm 16 5'4" and 130lbs and I am by far, no where near overweight, so certainly neither are you.
Stop Dieting, I'm sure you look fine in a bathing suit.

thats too little and your great of your weight you shouldnt need to lose weight

You are my weight and many people say that I am ultra thin. Eat what you want and don't worry about your weight. Starving yourself and/or binging is a path you DONT want to take

My dear, please don't be so anxious about what you gonna eat. Your BMR is just perfect. Just the right food and the right calories will be okey!

it's pretty plain but boil a chicken breast and just put some salt and pepper on it, its really really good for you.

u sound thin! im guessing u just want to trim up..me too! haha
anyways i recommend excersizing daily with a lot of abs work

and at really healthy but u dont have to starve yourself or eat like only vegitables

excersizing really does help i know it sounds like a pain but once u start it isn so bad

eat maybe a saled and soup for dinner? i dont really know what your choices are... umm maybe a sandwhich doesnt sound so bad

u sound like ur eating very healthy :]

I am 5'3, and a healty weight, on the low side, for my height, is 120 pounds. You don't need to lose any weight, honey. Just eat healthy. The meal sounds great, though. It is very lean and high in vitamins, which is good for anyone.

tattooraven1
are you kidding!? 5'5" and 118 pounds is perfect. if you want to tone then do strength exercises, but don't eat like a bird to lose weight.

for dinner try some healthy pasta, or mac n Cheese, also try some vegetables and/or fruit salad for a desert. at your age for weight and height, thats pretty good, keep it up xD
