Hello,
Aids, isn't transfered through saliva, if you drank a buket load of her spit then i would have to say there is a great possibility.
This is considered a small risk situation, did both you have sores which hasn't healed yes if both of you did there is a chance of transmission, but it is relatively low.
If she did and you didn't i would have to say no, because aids is blood borne, it has to have a direct entry point to the blood stream....
If you are worried you could always be tested....
take care of yourself |

There is a chance with compromised mucous membranes. Get tested now, and in a few months.
Meanwhile, you may infect others if not very careful. |

i don't know what Gengivitus is, but if it involves open sores or cuts in both your gums / mouth, then yes, there is a chance of the virus passing through - Blood goes from her mouth into your body through these openings caused by gengivitus, assuming it's that kind of thing. |

Unless you've been shot in the mouth or something, I don't think you can. That's just silly. It takes a bit for it to transfer from one person to the next.. And maybe you wonder who the hell it is you're kissing has been, no? |

Yes it is very dangerous and there is a possible c Chance of aids because she transferred her blood to you which was mixed with aids the best thing i could say is go to the doctors to be checked out before this condition get you. |

I've heard you'd need to drink a gallon of spit to get HIV. So the question is, how long did you french? |

omg... you are crazy... before you open ur mouth or unzip your pants you should do some reading buddy. if the person you kissed had open sores or cuts in her mouth and she was bleeding and it got into your mouth and you have open sores/cuts/gingivitis you are very open to this illness. go see your ******* doctor and keep her tongue out yo mouth. |

THere is a risk but it is a really small one. I would get tested to be certain and talk to an md or counselor at Planned Parenthood to understand the risks and keep yourself and the girl also. She is at greater risk of becoming ill from foreign particles etc... |

No, you will not get AIDS. However if you have a cut in your mouth, or if she/he has a cut in their mouth then there will be a slight chance of transmitting harmful saliva. The best bet is to 1) go to the dentist and get your gingivitus addressed( that will account for your foul breath, and decayed teeth( if those are your symptoms). To alleviate any stress, go get your HIV test, and see where you stand. |
